Cancelled Dates After Matching
Sometimes, members’ schedules may change unexpectedly. You can temporarily cancel a matched date up to 1 hour before the appointment. However, it’s said that one pass-by in this life was exchanged from 500 get-back-stares in the past life. Please cherish every invitation and carefully create your dates or trips.
Car Si members allow cancel up to 
match per day
If the allowed cancellations are exceeded and the user is still unable to attend the next date or trip, they may proceed with a penalty cancellation. However, the system will, based on the cancellation level*, suspend further usage and automatically cancel all subsequent invitations and scheduled dates/trips.
Users can only cancel a matched date or trip up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. If a decision not to attend is made within 1 hour of the start time, even if allowed cancellation opportunities remain, the system will treat it as a penalty cancellation. In such cases, the system will, based on the cancellation level*, suspend further usage and automatically cancel all subsequent invitations and scheduled dates/trips.
*Within a 7-day period, cancel a match after the allowed cancellations are exceeded:
For the first cancellation, the system will suspend the user’s access for 6 hours.
For the second cancellation, the suspension period will increase to 12 hours.
For the third cancellation, the user’s access will be suspended indefinitely and will require assistance from customer service to unlock.
